How to Buy Cahokia

Step 1: Set Up Your Phantom Wallet

  1. Download and Install: Download the Phantom Wallet extension from the official Phantom website or the browser extension store for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
  2. Create a New Wallet: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new wallet. Make sure to securely back up your secret recovery phrase, as it’s the only way to recover your wallet if you lose access.
  3. Fund Your Wallet: Send some Solana (SOL) to your Phantom Wallet. SOL is required to cover transaction fees and to trade on Raydium.


Step 2: Connect Phantom Wallet to Raydium

  1. Visit Raydium: Go to the Raydiumwebsite.
  2. Connect Wallet: Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the Raydium interface. Select “Phantom” from the list of supported wallets.
  3. Authorize Connection: A Phantom Wallet pop-up will appear. Confirm the connection to Raydium by clicking "Connect."


Step 3: Find Cahokia Coin (CHKA)

  1. Navigate to the Swap Tab: Once connected, go to the "Swap" tab on Raydium.
  2. Select Tokens:
    • In the "From" field, select SOL (or another token you hold).
    • In the "To" field, search for and select Cahokia Coin (CHKA). If CHKA does not appear, you may need to manually enter the CHKA token address.


Step 4: Swap SOL for Cahokia Coin (CHKA)

  1. Enter Amount: Enter the amount of SOL or the number of CHKAtokens you want to purchase.
  2. Review Details: Double-check the details of your transaction, including the amount of SOL you’re swapping and the amount of CHKA you’ll receive.
  3. Confirm Swap: Click "Swap," and then confirm the transaction in your Phantom Wallet when prompted. You’ll see a confirmation once the transaction is successful.


Step 5: Check Your Balance

  1. View CHKA in Phantom Wallet: After the transaction is confirmed, your new CHKA tokens should appear in your Phantom Wallet. If you don’t see them, you might need to manually add the token by clicking on "Manage Token List" and entering the CHKA token address.


Step 6: Secure Your Investment

  1. Secure Your Wallet: Ensure that your wallet’s secret recovery phrase is stored in a secure location. Avoid sharing your phrase with anyone.
  2. Monitor Your Holdings: You can monitor the performance of your CHKAtokens directly within the Phantom Wallet.
