The mediation will be conducted on Statutory Tribal Reservation Land. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of this mediation process.11. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Cahokia Coin (CHKA), N8IV Blockchain, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.13.
